LPM Kentingan

I just wanna to share about my university activites. This is my first year to study in college, that is Sebelas Maret University, it is located on Jl. Ir. Sutami no.36 A Surakarta. And my department is Communication Study, Social and Politic Faculty. I was so excited to be a student there, moreover I could pass SNMPTN. Many activities which my new friends and I did, such as, Osmaru (Ospek Mahasiswa Baru) and UKM Expo. And, right now, Guys, I will share about the Expo.

Yesterday, started on 7 am, we (the new students) were submitted on Student Center, UNS, to watch many performances and presentations of  UKM (Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa) or, in Senior High School known as Extraculicullar.

UKM of Sport, Art, Martial, Organization, and many other. And... tadaaaa! I was interested to join one of them. And, that is LPM Kentingan (Lembaga Pers Mahasiswa).

It is student press agency. based on the name, press agencies engaged in the field of journalism students. We can learn more and more about journalism. Because, there we are invited to be the real reporter of news, we hunt the news, write down it to a paper or other media, and publish it to be a magazine. We also learn about how to write 'well' not only write news in ordinary, but also we learn how to make it more interesting, absolutely with spelling and correct journalistic language.

I think, it can help me to study in my department, because, in my fifth semester, student of communication department will be devided on many specializations, such as: video, radio, public relation, advertising, and journalistic. And, study in LPM Kentingan will give me many experience in study journalism. Amin.
